  • Leather grain pattern and texture under magnification
  • All original documentation (box, dustbag, receipt, keys)

Yes. We offer a standalone authentication service for pieces you already own or are considering purchasing from another seller. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange.

A full written report is provided within 24–48 hours of receiving the piece. Physical inspection is required β€” we do not authenticate from photographs.

We do not offer remote authentication based on photographs alone. Physical examination is required for us to issue a Certificate of Authenticity.

Photo-based authentication opinions are unreliable β€” sophisticated fakes can pass visual inspection in photographs. This is a standard we hold without exception.

If any piece purchased from Exotic Boutique is subsequently found to be inauthentic by any qualified expert, we will issue a full refund β€” no questions asked, with no time limit on this guarantee.

This has never happened in our history. Our Certificate of Authenticity is not a formality β€” it is our guarantee.

Some pieces are available through our sourcing network but are not physically in our Dubai showroom at the time of listing. These pieces can be ordered and typically arrive within 3–14 days depending on their current location.

A Full Set includes all original components as provided by the brand or authorised dealer:

We will always specify exactly what is included in each listing. If a component is missing, it will be clearly noted.

We accept bank transfer, cash (in-store at our Gold & Diamond Park showroom), and select payment methods for verified clients.

No upfront payment is required to submit a sourcing request. You only pay if we find the piece and you decide to proceed.

It depends on the piece:

  • Common HermΓ¨s Birkin configurations: 3–7 days
  • Specific color/hardware combinations: 1–2 weeks
  • Rare Special Order pieces: 2–4 weeks
  • Specific limited Rolex references: 1–3 weeks

We provide regular updates throughout the process and will never leave you without communication.

No. Our sourcing service is completely free of charge. You only pay the agreed purchase price of the piece if and when we find it and you decide to proceed.

There is no obligation, no deposit, and no cancellation fee if you change your mind.

Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx International Priority. All shipments are fully insured for the declared value of the item.

We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • In the same condition as when delivered
  • Includes all original components
  • Has not been worn, used, or altered
  • Accompanied by our Certificate of Authenticity

All pieces are shipped in our signature packaging with the original brand packaging preserved carefully inside. Hermès boxes are individually wrapped and padded. Every shipment is fully insured.

We take the same care in packaging as we do in authentication β€” your piece arrives exactly as it left us.

UAE delivery is always free and typically same-day or next-day for Dubai, and 1–2 business days for other Emirates.
